Our Director & Owner
Patricia Diaz
“Passion Creates Unity and unity creates the kingdom of God.” Dance and Jesus are my biggest passions. I’ve danced all my life since the age of 3. But it wasn’t until 2007 when I felt called to serve Jesus, by using dance as a tool to bring others closer to him… By using our God given talents to love and serve God… I am honored to assure that our dance education and performing art curriculum will create strong dancers and performers, obtain self-confidence, bring out life skills, create friendships that turn into family type bonds… and most importantly to teach our dance family to love Jesus. So, we welcome you into our dance family. May we all dance one dance at a time, as we all unite to create the kingdom of God”

Our studio will now implement strongly our 4 Pillars of what P.A.T.Y.’Studio has it’s foundation set on:
1. Christ Centered Environment 2. Family Environment 3. Performing Arts Education 4. Community Driven
These 4 pillars will be the NEW branding and foundation of all our teaching methods, business operations and structure, and support all our decision making. (Please see the attached flier with more details on the 4 Pillars) Our NEW dance education curriculum will consist of the following:
1. A curriculum based on K-12 school dance education standards based from NDEO (National Dance Education Organization)
an organization that I myself am a member of and receive continued dance education to further develop our dance students.
2. All classes youth and adults will be invited to attend our community events to perform and showcase what they are learning. This will grow our community driven pillar and allow for dancers especially our youth recital dancers to grow as developing artists and obtain more performing skills and opportunities.
3. All recital dancers will be required to enroll in a Technique class with the objective to grow the dancer's skill sets, build the dancer from inside out and develop the dancer's ability to obtain advanced dance moves with the progression of the class. This class will also provide dance resources for support: YouTube videos with our own PS instructors giving tutorials, curriculum handouts to help support the lesson in class monthly, dance history and art forms will be taught to achieve a higher form of artistry and advance the dancers performing craft. Bringing this new addition will be supported with the new quarterly teacher training’s our teaching staff will receive to bring forth the best teaching methods for our dance students to excel.
